Style Satisfaction:
While I aim to please all clients, I understand that I cannot please everyone. Be advised that styles seen on others are subject to personal perception. I do not guarantee that my design will look exactly the same as the photo (s) you present to me. I do not guarantee exact replication of another stylist's work. I encourage customers to make suggestions, comment, and ask questions while service is being rendered in order to avoid last minute dissatisfaction.
Redo/ Refund Policy for Mobile Salon Services:
All sales are final. All services are non-refundable but I will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge as long as I am contacted within 3 days from date of service (corrective services do NOT include Hair Needed for correction). If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify me immediately prior to me leaving. I would like the opportunity to redo the service prior to my departure. I do not offer refunds on services.
